Metal Part Fabrication Service — Why Customers Choose Us

Metal Part Fabrication Service: Learn how we can deliver 200,000 high-precision sheet metal parts to our customers within just 20 days.

A True Story–20 days, 200,000 items

Last summer, we received a call from a customer in Europe.

One of their floor drain products urgently needs mass production. The structure is complex. The dimensional tolerance and shape position accuracy requirements are extremely high. What’s more challenging is that 200,000 pieces must be delivered within 20 days.

An average of 10,000 items per day. The client had previously approached three suppliers, but either their quotations were too high, or they explicitly stated that the delivery date was impossible. The project was on the verge of being halted because the client’s entire product line relied on this product.

“Can you do it?” the person on the other end of the phone asked.

Our response is: “The drawings will be sent over, and we will provide you with the first sample within 48 hours.”

This is no empty talk. As a supplier with 26 years of experience, we are all too aware of the difficulties that customers face in mass production – tight deadlines, high precision, and large quantities. These three mountains have crushed countless projects.

And this is precisely the problem we are best at solving.【Click to learn about the entire process of our manufacturing.

Your Concerns, We Understand

Having been engaged in metal part fabrication service for over two decades, we have identified that the concerns of our clients mainly lie in the following areas:

The delivery date is out of control.

Many factories can complete the sample quickly, but when it comes to mass production, they fail. Insufficient equipment, chaotic production scheduling, and a lack of personnel all contribute to a complete disruption of the customer’s project schedule.

The accuracy is unstable.

The small factory measures the parts with a caliper, but during assembly, they don’t fit properly. Even within the same batch of products, the dimensions can differ by 0.5mm. According to industry data, 68% of customer complaints stem from size deviations and poor surface treatment.

The process links are broken.

For bending, one supplier is needed; for welding, another; and for powder coating, yet another. The customer acts as the project manager, coordinating among multiple suppliers. This not only incurs high communication costs but also leads to mutual shirking of responsibility when problems arise.

It’s difficult to switch between batch production and small-scale production.

During the research and development stage, the quantity is small, and no one is willing to take on the task. But when it comes to mass production, the demand cannot be met for delivery.

Each of these we have experienced and solved ourselves. The key to solving the problems lies not in the sophistication of any single piece of equipment, but in the integrity and collaborative efficiency of the entire metal fabrication system.

A Real Case

How did we do it?

Returning to that 200,000-piece order from the European customer.

After receiving the drawings, our engineering team completed the review, programmed the CAM system, and conducted the first-piece trial production within 48 hours. From material selection to manufacturing process and surface treatment, we provided a one-stop optimization solution.

During the production stage, a 24-hour continuous production mode with three shifts was initiated. The stamping equipment was fully operational, along with the laser cutting equipment and bending machines.

The MES system monitored every step throughout the production process, from material cutting and stamping to bending and welding. The data for each step could be traced in real time.

On the 19th day, the surface treatment production line completed the spraying and final inspection of all 200,000 products. On the 20th day, the products were packaged and shipped.

After receiving the goods, the customer sent an email: “Not only did you save this project, but you also completely changed our perception of metal fabrication in China.”

Monthly production of over 500,000 pieces

Why can we do this?

Output capacity is large.

The workshop covers an area of over 9,000 square meters (click to view our equipment list). The monthly output consistently exceeds 500,000 pieces, indicating that we can handle multiple large-scale orders simultaneously without interfering with one another.

The team is very strong.

Among the 120 employees, 19 are engineers with over 20 years of experience. They get involved from the drawing stage and offer free optimization suggestions.

Many customers say that our engineers understand “how to make it” better than their design teams do.

The quality is stable.

It has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. From the spectral detection of raw materials to the random inspection during the production process, and to the comprehensive inspection of finished products, every step has data records.

The services are comprehensive.

From a detailed understanding of customer requirements before the sale, to close monitoring of the production progress during the sale, and to prompt follow-up and feedback after the sale. Our business team ensures that customers have no worries throughout the entire cooperation process.

More importantly, we have a dedicated sample production line and a small-batch production line – meaning that whether you need sample production, trial production, or large-scale OEM support, we can seamlessly switch.
