Frequently asked questions
What should I send for a quotation?
Please send your part drawings, material grade and thickness, quantity, surface finish, critical dimensions and delivery requirements. You can attach drawings on our existing contact page.
Can a part combine stamping with other processes?
Our sheet metal services include stamping, deep drawing, cutting, bending and welding. The appropriate combination is confirmed from the part design and project requirements.
Are the parts shown available from stock?
The gallery shows examples from our custom parts portfolio. Please contact us with your own drawing or requirements rather than assuming a displayed part is a standard stocked item.
Can you quote other materials or a special finish?
Send the exact material grade, thickness and finish specification. Availability and process suitability need project-specific confirmation.
How are tolerances, tooling and lead times confirmed?
These depend on part geometry, material, quantity and the required manufacturing process. Include your targets in the inquiry and confirm them in the quotation before ordering.
