Stainless Steel Fabrication

Xinjiuxinji supplies custom stainless steel parts to OEMs and importers worldwide. Our production base in Nanpi, Hebei — China’s hardware manufacturing hub — has been manufacturing metal parts since 1999.

Stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending, welding, CNC machining and surface finishing all run under one roof and one ISO 9001:2015 system, so nothing in your order is outsourced. Our Nanpi production base employs 120+ people, including 19 engineers, and has completed more than 70,000 full-process custom projects.

Customers across the US, Germany, the UK, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. Every order ships with English engineering support, full export documents and inspection reports.

Stamping & deep drawing

40 presses, 80–400 t; progressive dies for high-volume runs; seamless housings, cups and enclosures.

Laser cutting & bending

2 × 6 kW laser cutters; CNC bending machines for accurate angles; thin sheet to plate.

Welding & assembly

3 welding lines plus automatic spot welding; jigs and fixtures keep assemblies repeatable.

CNC machining

2 five-axis machining centers and 3 vertical machining centers for features forming cannot produce.

Surface finishing

2 in-house lines: acid wash, passivation, electrolytic polishing, spraying and oxidation.

Inspection & traceability

2 CMMs, spectrometer, roughness and hardness gauges, salt-spray testing; batch records kept per order.

Every project runs as a single production chain — one partner, one responsible team, from drawing to delivery. Parts we ship are used in medical equipment, electronics, automotive, energy, construction tools, home & garden, agricultural machinery, packaging, and marine and offshore applications; multi-process assemblies are where we add the most value.

Stainless steel grades we work with

Engineers review function, service environment and cost target before recommending a grade — this decision is where most corrosion risk and material cost is won or lost.

Grade Best for Why
304 / 304L Food equipment, medical housings, general parts Balanced strength, formability and corrosion resistance
316 / 316L Coastal, marine and chemical environments Molybdenum content resists chloride pitting
430 Appliances, decorative trim, indoor panels Cost-effective, magnetic, good finish
201 Cost-driven indoor parts High strength at a lower material cost

Beyond stainless we also fabricate carbon and galvanized steel (SPCC/DC01, Q235, SECC, DX51D), aluminium (5052, 6061), copper and brass (C1100, C2600), and casting alloys to your drawing.

Project case

One recent stainless steel program, and what changed because of the engineering review.

Project case

Coastal lighting housing, Southeast Asia

ChallengeThe buyer specified 304 for a high-chloride coastal installation; our DFM review flagged likely pitting corrosion within 6–9 months.

What we didRan 304 and 316 samples so the buyer could field-test both; the order moved to 316. We also re-sequenced the stamping process to avoid 15% of die-modification cost, and passivated the housings on our own line instead of outsourcing.

ResultHousings have been in service for over 3 years with no corrosion claims. The buyer placed the next three projects with us and added our material-selection rule to their design specification.

Why buyers work with us

One factory, one team

Surface finishing, welding and precision machining are all done in-house, so there is no third-party handoff to lose time or quality on.

Engineering before pricing

Engineers with 20+ years in metal manufacturing review your drawings, material and finish, and tell you honestly where cost can be taken out.

Quality you can audit

ISO 9001:2015, CMM and spectrometer verification, salt-spray testing, batch records kept for every order.

Export service that answers

Quote within 8 hours, 24/7 online business team, free samples from a dedicated sample line within 72 hours, and English engineering support on every order.

FAQ

What stainless steel grades can you fabricate?+

304/304L, 316/316L, 430 and 201 as standard, in both sheet and formed parts. Other grades are reviewed on request.

Can you help choose the grade?+

Yes. Grade selection is part of our free design-optimization service. We look at the service environment, load and finishing requirement, and recommend the most cost-effective option.

What do you need to quote a stainless steel part?+

Drawings, material or grade if already fixed, order quantity, surface finish, and the market the part ships to. We answer with a price and DFM feedback within 8 hours.

Do you handle both small batches and high volume?+

Yes. Tooling and process route are set according to annual volume, so low-volume first orders and high-volume repeat runs both make sense.
