We have two sets of 6-kilowatt laser cutting equipment that achieve high-precision, rapid cutting of plates. This provides a precise blank foundation for subsequent processes such as bending and welding. Thanks to our in-house laser-cutting capabilities, we can quickly produce samples without molds in 72 hours, significantly shortening the project verification cycle.

Laser cutting is judged on edge quality and nesting efficiency, so both are controlled here rather than assumed. Two 6 kW laser machines cut sheet and plate in-house, and the same line feeds our bending and welding stations — no subcontracted blanks, no tolerance stacking between suppliers.
