Details of Core Sheet Metal Fabrication Capabilities
Sheet metal fabrication is the foundation of our company. The following four steps cover the entire Fabrication process from flat sheets to formed components. All operations are carried out within the factory, ensuring full quality control throughout the process.
1. Laser Cutting: The Starting Point of All Fabrication
Each metal part starts with high-precision laser cutting. We have two sets of 6 kW laser-cutting machines that can stably handle various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy.
The high power ensures high speed and quality in thick-plate cutting, while for thin plates, it can achieve an almost no-heat-affected zone and no burrs. This lays a perfect edge foundation for subsequent bending, stamping, or welding.

In addition to laser cutting, we still have 12 sets of drilling machines. They are used for simple hole positioning or for auxiliary material cutting in special cases, ensuring efficient production for small-batch, multi-variety orders.
2. Stamping and Deep Stamping: The Core Competence of Sheet Metal Fabrication
This is the aspect we are most proud of in the sheet metal field.
As a Metal Fabrication Factory specializing in metal forming. We have equipped 38 sets of 80-400 ton press machines and four sets of hydraulic machines. This covers the entire range of requirements from light-load micro-compression to heavy-load deep stretching.
– Stamping: Suitable for common processes such as blanking, punching, forming, and embossing. It is suitable for manufacturing thin-walled, large-scale, and complex-shaped metal parts.
– Deep Stamping: For parts with large drawing depth, such as oil tank shells, motor housings, and hardware containers. Our hydraulic presses, paired with dedicated deep-drawing molds, deliver uniform material flow and uniform wall thickness, preventing cracks and wrinkles.

All the stamping equipment is equipped with automatic feeders and safety gratings. This not only enhances production efficiency but also ensures operator safety.
The mold workshop can quickly complete the debugging and maintenance of new molds, meeting the needs of sample production or batch mold replacement.
3. Bending and Forming: Transforming Flat Panels into Three-Dimensional Structures
Flat plates need to be bent and shaped to become three-dimensional parts. We have high-performance bending machines and three sets of pipe cutting machines. We can bend plates at various angles and curvatures and cut pipes.
- Bending machine: Suitable for precise bending and shaping of metal sheets. It can perform V-shaped, U-shaped, and other angled bends. The accuracy can reach ±0.5°, and the surface has no indentations or obvious creases.
- Pipe cutting machine: Suitable for pipe cutting, with a wide range of cutting thicknesses and precise positioning. Complex contours can be formed in one step, without the need for a second trimming process.

4. Welding and Assembly: Transforming Components into Firm Assemblies

After individual parts have undergone cutting, stamping, and bending, they need to be assembled by welding or mechanical means to form a complete product. Our welding workshop is equipped with 1 set of automatic spot welders and 3 sets of electric welding production lines, which can achieve:
In addition to welding, we offer assembly methods such as riveting and bolted connections. For components that require high-precision positioning, we will use our custom welding tooling fixtures to ensure dimensional consistency across the batch production process.
5.Surface Treatment and Quality Inspection
We have two complete surface-treatment production lines capable of performing processes such as spraying and oxidation. For quality inspection, we have a complete set of equipment, including a CMM, spectrometer, and hardness tester, and we implement three checks: first-piece inspection, process inspection, and final inspection.
