Case 1: Catfish deboning pliers

– Sheet metal cutting + stamping forming + surface treatment

A European-American fishing equipment brand required a batch of deboning pliers specifically designed for handling catfish. The pliers needed strong gripping force and to resist rusting even when exposed to water for a long time.

Previously, the supplier’s products lacked sufficient heat-treatment hardness, causing the plier jaws to deform after hundreds of uses, and the surface coating was prone to peeling in saltwater environments.

What we do:

  • Redesign the heat treatment process curve to increase hardness to HRC 52-55
  • Optimize the stamping forming mold to ensure the flatness of the clamping surface
  • Apply nickel plating on the surface for rust prevention, and pass the 48-hour salt spray test

Result:
The thickened stainless steel spring achieves automatic opening. The anti-slip embossed pattern on the handle is formed in one piece by a customized rolling tool.
The standard model (model 03101) has a service life more than twice that of the original supplier.
The customer has placed an additional order for a derivative model with the added feature of trimming fish fins.

Case 2: Stainless steel sliding door rollers

— Metal casting + CNC machining + surface treatment

A domestic high-end sliding door system manufacturer needs to customize a batch of stainless steel pulley components for use in the humid environment of kitchens and bathrooms.

The pulleys previously used by the customer were equipped with ordinary galvanized brackets. Within three months in the high-humidity bathroom environment, they began to rust, and the nylon rollers were insufficiently wear-resistant, causing significant noise during the sliding process.

What we do:

  • Use thickened 201 stainless steel sheet for precise stamping to form the support frame, and apply polishing treatment to ensure rust prevention
  • The rollers are made of reinforced PA nylon and have built-in silent bearings
  • The outer diameter of the rollers is controlled by CNC machining within ±0.05mm to ensure smooth cooperation with the track
  • We offer two track specifications: 20cm and 30cm. The screw holes are precisely positioned through laser cutting

Result:

Customer feedback indicates that the push-pull noise has been significantly reduced.
After half a year of use in the kitchen and bathroom environment, there are no signs of rust.
It has currently been applied to all models of sliding door products for customers.

Case 3: Automotive safety frame

— Sheet metal welding + surface treatment

A car repair tool manufacturer requires a batch of 3-ton safety brackets to support the vehicle chassis during maintenance.

The customer’s previous supplier used ordinary carbon steel for welding, and the brackets experienced weld seam cracking during heavy-load tests. Moreover, the red paint coating was prone to blistering and peeling when in contact with engine oil.

What we do:

  • Conduct finite element analysis on the force-bearing points of the triangular supports and optimize the welding process parameters
  • Use thickened low-carbon seamless steel pipes, combined with galvanized steel connection fasteners
  • The welding positions of the three support legs undergo 100% flaw detection
  • The support pins are made of solid chrome-plated round steel and are paired with metal anti-lost chains
  • Before applying the red anti-rust paint, a phosphating pretreatment is added to enhance the adhesion of the paint layer

Result:

Verified by a third-party testing institution, the static load-bearing capacity reaches 3.6 tons (with a safety margin of 1.2 times)
The customer has included this product as a standard component of the maintenance tool kit
