Free Sample Metal Fabrication: Eliminating Risks in Customization
Free Sample Metal Fabrication: If your supplier does not offer this service, then every time you place an order, it is essentially a “blind bet”.
- There are no free samples, so the assembly effect cannot be verified with physical objects;
- After the batch of goods arrived, it was discovered that there was a size deviation. The money was paid, but the parts were scrapped;
- Before mass production, it is impossible to compare different suppliers. Decisions can only be made based on quotations;
- When changing suppliers, there is no verification. All the risks are on you.
These issues ultimately stem from the supplier’s failure to provide you with a risk-control mechanism based on “validation first, then mass production”.Over the past 26 years, our first commitment to global customers has been to offer Free Samples.
A factory where you can inspect the goods first before placing an order.
We were established in 1999 and have a production workshop covering over 9,000 square meters. We have obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. Our monthly output reaches over 500,000 pieces.

We have served over 3,000 enterprises worldwide and customized over 70,000 different metal parts.
But what truly reassures our customers is not these figures, but a complete risk control system – from free samples, to full-process quality management, to the closed-loop service covering pre-sale and post-sale stages.
A Real Project
How can our Free Samples help European customers save costs?
Last year, a European industrial equipment manufacturer approached us. They needed a batch of stainless-steel stamping parts custom-made for the core components of their new product. Before that, they had tried two suppliers, and each time they had to bear extremely high “hidden costs”.
The two failures made the client realize that without the free samples, the drawings seemed fine. But when the actual products arrived at the production line, the problems were exposed. By then, the money had been spent and the losses incurred.
Free optimization
After being contacted, the first thing our engineering team did was not offer a quote but conduct a free review. They analyzed the feasibility of the Stamping process. They evaluated the impact of springback during Deep Stamping on the dimensions.
Three optimizations were proposed:
- Adjusting the bending R-angle to reduce stress concentration
- Replacing with a more moldable material grade
- Optimizing the process sequence to reduce the scrap rate.
These three optimizations helped the customer reduce the cost of material loss per unit by 12%.
Samples first
We voluntarily provided Free Samples. Using a dedicated sample production line, 20 free samples were made before the formal mold was created.
The customers conducted a complete assembly test with these samples, and all potential problems that might arise during mass production were identified and resolved during the sample stage.
During the mass production stage, our business team was fully involved throughout the process. The delivery time was shortened by one week compared to the expected schedule. In the end, all 50,000 parts were qualified, and the assembly line passed inspection without any rework, downtime, rush fees, or customer claims.
Subsequently, the client visited our factory and handed over additional related orders.
The true value of Free Sample Metal Fabrication lies in eliminating risks and saving costs. The mold fee is paid only after verification, large-scale orders are placed only after confirmation, and the production line is scheduled only after it meets the standards.

Service System
Not just selling parts, but also your technical support guarantee
– Before the sale: We will thoroughly understand your application scenarios and performance requirements. Our senior engineers will provide free design optimization suggestions.
– During the sale: We will closely monitor the production progress and regularly update the delivery schedule to ensure that every order is delivered on time.
– After-sales: We will promptly follow up on usage feedback and quickly respond to any quality issues, so that you have no worries.
We set up inspection points at every stage: first-piece inspection, process sampling, and final packaging inspection. (Click here to view our quality inspection equipment and process)
We ensure that the quality of your samples is the same as that of the bulk production, and there will be no situation where “the samples pass, but the mass production fails”.
Act now!
We want to invite you to experience a free sample of metal fabrication.
All you need to do is send us the drawings. Our engineering team will conduct a free design review, provide process optimization suggestions, and produce samples for you to test and verify. Let facts speak for themselves, not promises.
