What Is Genuine Customized Metal Part Fabrication Service?
What does the genuine Customized Metal Part Fabrication Service look like?
Have you ever come across such a supplier:
- Overpromising at order intake; bend angle & material stock issues post-drawing
- “Lowest price” quotes with hidden mold, rush, and surface treatment fees
- Unresponsive delivery inquiries; vague equipment breakdown excuses on due date
- No formal QC system; manual visual inspection causes inconsistent batch dimensions
These suppliers have cost you money, wasted your time, and caused you to lose customers. Now, based on 26 years of experience, we have drawn a clear picture of the true custom metal Fabrication service for you.
True Service Begins With a Reliable Foundation
Since our establishment in 1999, we have only been engaged in one thing – Metal Fabrication. The workshop covers an area of over 9,000 square meters and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. This is not just empty talk about quality; it is quality management through a system.

In terms of production capacity, our monthly output has reached **500,000+ pieces**, and the capacity is stable. We are not worried about your order volume suddenly increasing.
All 19 factory engineers will provide you with free design optimization services for your drawings. Once the drawings are sent over, they will determine “what is the best and most cost-effective way to do it”.Many customers have seen their single-piece costs reduced by 20% to 30% thanks to our suggestions.
In terms of experience, we have served over 3,000 enterprises worldwide and customized over 70,000 parts. We have encountered more problems than anyone else, so we know how to avoid them.

We also offer free sample services, with a dedicated sample production line and a small batch production line – the samples are produced with care, and there is no worry about mass production.
Our Capabilities
Establish a truly customized metal part fabrication service system
We offer four types of services: Sheet Metal Fabrication, Metal Casting, CNC Machining, and Surface Treatment. Among them, Sheet Metal Fabrication is the core area that we have focused on the most and has the largest number of cases. Here is our equipment matrix.

Quality inspection capability
The true Fabrication service should focus not only on the equipment but also on “how to ensure that every piece is qualified”.Each batch of shipment can come with a test report, and each step can be traced.

Project Case
Furnace Body Shell Project for German Outdoor Equipment Client
They initially partnered with a supplier that claimed to offer comprehensive, end-to-end service. It sounded perfect—until they sent over their engineering drawings.
That’s when the trouble began. Rather than moving straight into production, the supplier spent a full week questioning basic tolerance calls and welding symbols—things any competent sheet metal fabricator should be able to read without hesitation.
But the real shock came later. The client discovered that both the Stamping and welding operations were being outsourced to subcontracted shops without their knowledge or consent. They had signed with one company but were effectively managing a fragmented supply chain of two or three factories behind the scenes. Accountability was nowhere to be found.
The consequences were immediate and painful. The first sample batch was delivered 14 days late. Even worse, the parts showed a 0.5mm deviation from spec—enough to make the shell assembly impossible.
Welding distortion and leftover burrs made it clear that the subcontractor’s artistry was substandard. The entire project slipped by more than a month, and the client came dangerously close to losing their own customer’s order.
When the client approached us, they only made one request: to deliver 200 sets of qualified finished products within 4 weeks. From drawing optimization to surface treatment, we handle everything.
This is how we did it:
- Day 1: Upon receiving the drawings, our engineers identified two welding deformation risks and provided free modification suggestions.
- Day 2: Laser cutting was completed after customer confirmation. –
- Day 3: All stamping and bending processes were finished in-house, with no outsourcing-related disputes.
- Day 5: Welding and surface treatment were completed, with smooth, burr-free weld seams.
- Day 12: The first batch of 50 fully inspected units was shipped by air.
- Day 22: The remaining 150 units were completed with full quality inspection reports and material certificates, and the project was delivered on schedule.
Customer review: “We have changed four suppliers before. Only this one truly achieved rapid Fabrication. They handled all the processes, and only one person could resolve any issues. Since then, we have transferred all such orders to them.”
