Full-Process Factory: Fast Metal Fabrication Delivery
To achieve truly fast delivery in metal fabrication, we must be vigilant against a widespread phenomenon.
In the metal parts manufacturing industry, the “one-stop supplier” slogan has become rampant. After receiving orders, many manufacturers do not start by scheduling production; instead, they split the orders – pressing to Factory A, welding to Factory B, and surface treatment to Factory C.

The client thought they were dealing with a single factory, but it was actually three or four outsourced shops. When delays occurred, the supplier blamed others: “The stamping shop was late,” “The welding shop rejected bad parts”—each excuse reasonable, yet each dodged their own responsibility.
💡We never do this. Because we are truly a full-process factory!
9000+㎡ Factory | In-house Full Fabrication
All of our fabrication processes are carried out in our own 9,000+ square meter factory. No process is outsourced, and no part is handed over to others for processing.
To achieve this, we have continuously invested in our entire set of equipment:
- 38 sets of 80-400t press machines: Cover various stamping requirements, capable of flexible switching between large quantities and multiple varieties
- 2 sets of 6-kilowatt laser cutting equipment + 3 sets of bending machines
- 2 five-axis CNC machining centers + 3 vertical machining centers: Precise Fabrication without human intervention
- 1 automatic spot welding machine, 3 welding production lines, 4 laser marking machines, 4 sets of hydraulic presses
- 1 forging equipment, 12 drilling machines
- 2 surface treatment production lines: Post-processing, such as spraying, oxidation, and passivation, are all completed internally
- stamping-machine
- bending-machine
- surface-treatment

More importantly, we have equipped ourselves with a complete set of in-house testing facilities, including two sets of coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), spectrometers, surface roughness gauges, and hardness testers… Click here to view our complete quality inspection process.
Why Fake One-Stop Causes Disputes & Delays
Under the pseudo-one-stop model, when an order is split among multiple outsourcing factories, the following problems are inevitable:
- Blurred responsibility boundaries: Poor welding could be due to inaccurate stamping dimensions, and inaccurate stamping dimensions could be caused by laser cutting deviations.
- Logistics waiting accumulation: Transportation, queuing, warehousing, and outbound processes from Factory A to Factory B all contribute to delays in your project.
- Inconsistent quality standards: Each factory uses its own inspection tools and judgment criteria, leading to frequent returns and rework.
- Delayed information transmission: The outsourcing factory does not share progress in real time, so you can only wait passively for the summary.
The root cause of these problems lies in the separation of processes. We have eliminated this: all processes operate on the same site, under the same plan, and with the same quality inspection standards.
The workers in the upper and lower processes are less than 50 meters apart, so that any problems can be resolved on the spot without emails, claims, or disputes.
High degree of process freedom
Actual component display on the right: Deep stamping → CNC machining of key parts → Surface treatment → Assembly.
In our factory, you can freely adjust the sequence of processes. There is no need to wait for external suppliers to be scheduled. There is no need to worry about the damage to semi-finished products during their circulation. All steps are closed-loop within the same factory area, resulting in a 40%+ reduction in delivery time.

Every day, we deliver high-quality metal fabrication fast delivery. We do not split orders, nor do we make excuses. We deliver the results.
