Case One: Stainless steel components for medical devices

A European medical equipment client required custom-made surgical instrument components with complex structures and extremely high precision requirements. We used laser cutting for hole-making and combined it with precise bending.

After rigorous surface treatment, the final products were fully inspected using CMM and spectrometer analysis before being delivered.

The project’s delivery schedule was fully controllable throughout, and the client highly appreciated the delivery timeliness and quality stability. They also continued to place orders.

Case Two: Stainless steel belt clips

An equipment accessory customer requires a custom one-piece formed stainless steel belt clip.

The base plate needs to be punched out with four precise installation holes, and the top needs to be bent 180 degrees to form a U-shaped clamping structure. Control of bending rebound and consistency of clamping force are extremely demanding.

What we do:

  • The blanking and punching are completed through Stamping, followed by precise bending to achieve 180-degree Bending and forming.
  • The bending radius and rebound amount are strictly controlled to ensure stable clamping force and precise hole positions.
  • The surface is polished and brushed to balance appearance and durability.
