Laser Cutting

Quality Inspection Process

Three checkpoints, each forming a closed loop. 

First-piece verification: Before the start of each batch of Fabrication, the first piece must be confirmed by a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) or a spectrometer to ensure its dimensions and material. This prevents batch rejections.

Process inspection: Operators for each process follow the principle of “self-inspection + mutual inspection” and use basic measuring tools to conduct real-time reviews. Professional quality inspectors conduct a patrol inspection every 2 hours.

Final inspection and release: Before all finished products are packed, the key dimensions must be rechecked by a CMM, the surface roughness instrument used to assess surface quality, and the hardness tester used to verify material performance. The spectrometer ensures that the material composition meets the customer’s requirements.
