Strict quality inspection procedures ensure the excellent quality of every metal part.

Since its establishment in 1999, Cangzhou XJ has always integrated quality control into every aspect of the production process.

We are equipped with two sets of high-precision three-coordinate measuring machines (CMM), image measuring instruments, spectrometers, roughness gauges, salt spray test chambers, and a complete set of general measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges), and have formed a professional quality inspection team to conduct full-process inspections from the entry of raw materials into the factory to the shipment of finished products.

Here is our strict quality inspection process:

Raw materials and first article verification

Starting from the source, set the standard for mass production

  • Raw material inspection:Upon entering the factory, use a spectrometer to test material composition and verify compliance with order requirements; use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect basic dimensions, such as thickness and width, to prevent unqualified materials from entering production.
  • First article inspection:After the mold debugging or program setting is completed, conduct the first article inspection. Use an image-measuring instrument to detect complex contours, and a three-coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to measure key dimensions and geometric tolerances. Only after the first article is qualified can mass production begin.

Production Process and Finished Product Inspection

Process inspection: During mass production, quality inspectors randomly inspect each process at fixed time intervals. For bending and stamping processes, a roughness tester is used to measure surface smoothness to ensure there are no scratches or burrs; for mechanical processing, image-measurement instruments and measuring tools are used to verify key dimensions, such as hole diameters and slot widths.

Final inspection of finished products: Complex components are inspected using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and reports are issued; calipers and micrometers verify regular dimensions; surface smoothness is measured with a roughness tester; for components with anti-corrosion requirements, the reliability of surface treatment is verified through a salt spray test chamber.

Final Inspection Before Shipment

Ensure Zero Defects in Delivery

Before packaging and shipping, the quality inspection team will conduct a final inspection to confirm the products' appearance, cleanliness, and packaging integrity, and verify the accompanying documents (such as material certificates and test reports). Only those items that pass all the inspections will be released for shipment, ensuring that each batch of products you receive can withstand the test.
