Our base was established in 1999 and is located in Nanpi County, which is renowned as the “Metal fabrication Capital”. We have been deeply involved in this metal manufacturing industry for more than 27 years. We have established a modern production base spanning more than 9,000 square meters. We have obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification for our quality management system. Our Metal Fabrication Factory has meticulously divided the areas according to the production process. It is equipped with a complete manufacturing equipment chain. We offer a one-stop metal manufacturing service, from design optimization to product delivery.
Manufacturing base at a glance. The factory base sits in Liubali Township, Nanpi County, Hebei, China, and has been making metal parts since 1999. Site area is more than 9,000 m² (factory-level figure for the shared Nanpi base) and more than 120 people work on site. Equipment totals 76 units: 40 stamping presses from 80 to 400 tonnes, two 6 kW laser cutting machines, three press brakes, two 5-axis and three vertical machining centres. Monthly capacity is above 500,000 pieces and a new sample normally takes 72 hours. Stamping, deep drawing, laser cutting, bending and welding are all carried out in-house.
