Stamping / Deep Drawing are the core processes in sheet metal fabrication. We have 40 sets of 80-400 ton stamping machines, which can flexibly cover a wide range of metal part pressing requirements, from thin plate shallow forming to thick plate deep drawing.

Stamping and deep drawing are where volume economics are decided, so capacity and control are the numbers that matter. Forty presses spanning 80 to 400 tonnes let us run thin-gauge shallow forming through to thick-plate deep drawing on one floor, so a job can move from shallow pressing to deep drawing without changing supplier.

What this buys you: a press range that covers both ends of your part family, and a press-formed part that stays stable and repeatable at volume.
