Stainless Steel Grades We Work With

304 and 316 stainless steel sheet raw material

Stainless steel resists corrosion, heat, and chemicals because its chromium content — above 10.5% — forms a self-healing oxide layer. That is why it dominates in food processing, medical devices, marine hardware, and outdoor equipment.

  • Grade 304 — the general-purpose workhorse. Balanced corrosion resistance and formability. Ideal for enclosures, brackets, panels, kitchen equipment, and most indoor or light outdoor use.
  • Grade 316 — molybdenum adds stronger resistance to chlorides and saltwater. The right choice for marine, chemical, and coastal applications.
  • We also work with 201, 430, 409, and other grades.

Our Manufacturing Capabilities

Every core process is in-house. That is how we control quality, cost, and lead time:

  • Stamping — 40+ presses from 60T to 400T, including a 400T single-point press for large parts. Progressive and transfer tooling for high-volume runs.
  • Deep drawing — our specialty. Seamless, one-piece housings, enclosures, cups, and vessels, drawn with consistent wall thickness on the 400T press.
  • Laser cutting — 6kW machines for clean, burr-minimized edges; fast turnaround for prototypes and batches alike.
  • Bending & forming — CNC-controlled press brakes for accurate angles and consistent dimensions across large runs.
  • Welding — CNC-controlled welding for repeatable, clean welds, including thin-gauge stainless where distortion control matters.
  • Machining & finishing — drilling, grinding, spinning, and CNC machining, plus in-house brushing, polishing, and passivation.

From Drawing to Delivery

  1. Design review — our engineers check your drawings within 1 working day and suggest forming or material changes that cut cost and improve manufacturability.
  2. Prototyping — new parts are sampled first, so you can validate fit, function, and finish before committing to production.
  3. Production — approved samples move to our in-house machines, with full process documentation.
  4. Quality inspection — every batch is checked for dimensions and surface quality against your drawings and agreed standards.
  5. Packaging & delivery — parts are packed to export standards, with export documentation handled in-house.
