The large Irish hotel chain group plans to upgrade the kitchen equipment of its banquet halls. Previously, the purchased cold storage cabinets were uniform in size, which led to workflow obstructions after placement.

Within less than a year of use, many weld seams on the cabinets began to leak, and the hinges of the door panels became rusty and loose, seriously affecting food preparation efficiency and food safety.
