All the Fabrication processes are completed in the same workshop. There is no need to send the parts to multiple factories to carry out different procedures separately, nor is there any worry about problems arising from the connection between the processes.

S-500-48 switching power supply complete machine enclosure
It is used to accommodate and secure the power circuit board, transformer, terminals, and cooling fan, protecting internal components from damage caused by bumps, dust, and moisture.
The original enclosure supplier for an industrial equipment integrator provided products with an unreasonable heat-dissipation design, resulting in excessive temperature rise, plate thinning, increased susceptibility to deformation, an unstable electromagnetic shielding effect, and frequent delivery delays.

– Optimized the layout of the heat dissipation holes, matching the top fan round holes with the air duct, resulting in a 20% improvement in cooling capacity;
