Project Case: Our Stainless Steel Fabrication In Action
Case 1 – Seaside stainless steel lamp housing in Southeast Asia

Challenge
The customer originally planned to produce 5,000 lamp housings in batches, using 304 stainless steel, for a high-chloride environment in Southeast Asia. During the DFM stage, we determined that 304 would experience extensive pitting corrosion within 6-9 months, presenting a significant risk.
Solution
- We actively produced 304 and 316 samples and suggested that the customers conduct on-site tests. After the tests, the customers switched to 316.
- We optimized the Stamping process to avoid 15% of the mold modification costs.
- We used our own surface-treatment production line to acid-wash and passivate the lamp housing, eliminating an outsourcing step and shortening the delivery cycle by 7 days.
Success
The lamp housing has been installed for over 3 years, with zero corrosion complaints. The client handed over the next three projects to us and included our selection suggestions in their design specifications, thereby avoiding the risks of batch scrapping and claims.
Case 2 – Portable insulated cabinet in the hotel kitchen
The client’s cabinet door needed to be lightweight yet support a minimum load of 120kg, alongside thermal insulation performance lasting over 8 hours.
In addition, the door must stay stable and well-sealed after over 50 frequent open-close cycles and regular daily shifting.
The plan we proposed:
- We constructed the main frame from 6061 aluminum alloy extrusions, bringing its self-weight down to merely 23kg.
- 304 stainless steel reinforcement is applied at load-bearing joints, lifting the maximum load capacity to 150kg.
- The door adopts a composite structure: 304 stainless steel face sheet, 50mm polyurethane thermal insulation core and rear panel.
- Silicone sealing strips are fitted inside the frame to minimize heat leakage.
- All parts are molded and assembled with dedicated tooling fixtures for consistent quality.
- Heavy-duty casters and stainless steel spring bolt locks are equipped to secure the door and eliminate wobble during relocation.
The finished insulated cabinet fully complied with all technical specifications. It delivers flexible kitchen operation, reliable heat preservation and outstanding durability. The customer gave full approval and established a long-term bulk purchasing partnership with us.
Case 3 – Special alcohol block Tray for Outdoor Portable stoves
An outdoor brand placed a custom order for alcohol stove trays designed for portable camping burners.
Their technical demands are as follows: the trays must fit perfectly with the stove’s combustion chamber. The material has to endure temperatures exceeding 500°C while keeping the total weight under 80g, with excellent rust resistance for outdoor environments.
The structural design is engineered to boost combustion efficiency, and we are capable of steady monthly output of over 50,000 units.
The plan we proposed:
- We recommended food-grade 304 stainless steel, which can withstand temperatures over 800°C.
- We calculated the optimal sheet thickness to realize a lightweight structure.
- The product is manufactured via a combined process of precision stamping and deep drawing.
- All overall dimensions are tightly controlled within a ±0.1mm tolerance range.
- Electrolytic polishing is applied to greatly lower residue buildup from alcohol burning.
- A reinforced surface passivation film drastically improves anti-corrosion performance for outdoor use.
All finished trays fully complied with the specified requirements. Our daily stable output reaches 2,000 units, with a production yield above 99.5%. The client subsequently placed a follow-up order of 12,000 trays together with supporting stove frames. We have become a dependable supplier within their supply chain system.
Although our core expertise lies in stainless steel processing, we also process the following common metal materials with professional standards:
- Aluminum and aluminum alloys – Lightweight, can be anodized
- Carbon steel & galvanized steel – Structural components, brackets
- Copper & brass – Conductive, heat-conductive parts
- Titanium alloys – Medical implants, aviation brackets
- Nickel-based alloys – High-temperature, corrosive environments
