Cangzhou XJ was established in 1999 and is located in Nanpi County, which is renowned as the “Metal Processing Capital”. We have been deeply involved in the metal processing industry for over 20 years and have built a modern production base of over 9,000 square meters. Pre-natal Preparation

Before the production commences, we rely on the following areas to ensure that the basic conditions are in place:

Mold Exhibition Area: Supports mold design and maintenance, providing precise molds for various stamping and forming processes.
Raw Material Storage Area: Standardizes the management of incoming metal materials, ensuring consistency in material quality and specifications with orders and providing stable raw materials for production.

Core Manufacturing

The five core processing steps jointly completed the forming stage of the parts:

Laser cutting zone: Equipped with two sets of 6-kilowatt high-power laser cutting equipment, achieving precise and high-speed cutting.
Pressing and stretching zone: Equipped with 38 sets of 80 to 400-ton presses, meeting various needs from shallow punching to deep stretching.
Bending zone: Equipped with 3 sets of CNC pipe-bending machines and multiple sets of hydraulic presses.
Welding zone: Automatic spot welders and three welding production lines, covering various processes such as resistance welding and arc welding.
CNC machining zone: Equipped with 2 five-axis CNC machining centers and 3 vertical machining centers, capable of completing various precision machinations from milling, drilling, to complex curved surfaces.

Post-process Control

After the processing of the parts is completed, the subsequent processing and delivery stages will commence:

Surface treatment area: We have two complete surface treatment production lines, offering processes such as anodizing, electroplating, spraying, and wire-cut polishing.
Quality inspection area: Equipped with two sets of coordinate measuring machines (CMM), image measurement instruments, spectrometers, roughness measuring instruments, salt spray test chambers, etc.
Assembly/Packaging area: Parts are protected from bumps and knocks, and standardized packaging is strictly followed.
Finished product storage area: Standardized management of finished products to ensure safe storage and clear traceability of batch information.
Sample storage area: Retained customer verification samples for traceability and re-inspection purposes.
